Personally, I found the hotel to be in a great location - not far from the Convention Center and with easy access to off-site dining options. The rooms had a strange smell like old cigarette smoke, but the broken window was a downer. The service was top-notch, with friendly and informative staff. The location was perfect for my needs, although it could use a little sprucing up. The dining experience was good but slightly overpriced in my personal opinion. The facilities were decent overall.
